Videoblogging theoretics, being the media, and the completely improvised future of a world currently without rhyme, reason or good beetroot fertiliser.

Very good point. I do agree with you – context. I wish I did have an answer. I guess that’s what I’m trying to help figure out.
I think the only way we can tell is having the creator state whether or not he is getting paid to create.
I’m making my own response, which should be up momentarily, and I just wanted to say that yours addresses this so very well. You’re right, in my mind, that context is really what defines a lot of this, and I don’t touch on that enough in my video perhaps. But at least we’re having this conversation, no matter what we say…right?
You know, I tried to make this point on the vlogtheory list, and all I got was a bunch of self interested bullshit from people who were so closed minded, they were unable to even consider that their blinkered views could or would be wrong. I think the list fails for this reason. Most of them just defend their point of view, and refuse to discuss and be open to a change of opinion. I apprecaite your time to view the video and my thoughts.
Such is the case with much of the so-called “discussion” in the world. Verbal, written or mimed.
I agree. Context.
And you didn’t even try to evoke sympathy for your views by holding the camera up higher than your face.
